Green 4 Clean Skin
1 Cup Green Grapes
1 Green Apple
1/2 Cucumber
1/2 Cup Spring Water
Squeeze Of Lime

Ora-nge You Thirsty
1/2 Cup Sweet Potatoes Cubed
1/2 Cup Papaya
1/2 Cup Red Grapes
1 Orange
1 Cup Coconut Water

Color Me Red
2 Cups Watermelon
1 Beet
Squeeze Of Lime

Far From Mellow Yellow
2 Cups Pineapple Chopped
1 Large Yellow Pepper
1/2 Cup Spring or Coconut Water
Squeeze Of Lemon

Bless You Cashew
2 Medium Bananas
1/2 Cup Raw Cashews
1 1/2 Cup Coconut Water
For each healing elixir blend ingredients until smooth adding more or less liquid for desired consistency.
