Credit card information is required at the time of booking to guarantee your appointment. We require a 48 hour notice when canceling or rescheduling your cosmetic consultation. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in a $250 charge per missed appointment.
When scheduling a medical visit, if you need to reschedule or cancel this needs to be done in 48 hours prior to the visit, otherwise this will result in a $50 no show fee.
