Wart Treatments:
A wart is a skin growth caused by the human papilloma virus, or HPV, which causes an infection in the outer layer of skin. The virus usually invades through small scratches or pricks in the skin – sometimes even unnoticeable ones – and then causes skin cells to reproduce rapidly. This causes a wart. Fortunately, in most cases, warts are completely harmless, but they are contagious and can be spread from person to person. People who have one wart can spread it to other parts of the body, as well. Warts can be prevented by washing your hands frequently, particularly after working out in a public gym, using the showers in public pools, and in similar situations.
